Administrative Coordinator - Electrical

Zabatt is committed to providing world-class customer service with comprehensive consulting and service after the sale. We are currently seeking a dynamic Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the Electrical Department, assists in preparing and completing customer required documents and work permits, and maintains current files on all contracts.
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative/support role
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Successful completion of drug screening and background check
