Understanding the Mechanics of the Vacuum Pump
The vacuum pump was invented to help chemists examine and study the function and properties of gases. A vacuum was made by expelling all of the air from a sealed container. This allowed scientists to examine the properties and qualities of gas without the effects of air to conjugate matters. It then became simple for scientists to add an electric charge in the gas which would make a current of energy that could be examined and studied. There are mostly two types of vacuum pumps which are commonly used; the compressed air pump and electromechanical pump.
Zabatt Power Systems is proud to sell, serve and distribute Gardner Denver vacuum pumps throughout Florida. Zabatt, with the cooperation of Gardner Denver, provides quality products like air compressors, blowers and vacuum pumps.
The compressed air pump, which is also commonly called a generator, uses the exact same methods and principles which were set forth by the well-known physicist Doniel Bernoulli; whereby the compressed air that is pushed forward by the nozzle makes a vacuum when it co-relates with the high volume outside air pressure. The electromechanical pump uses a revolving rotor that restrains the air that is trapped and then pushes it through the pump creating a partial vacuum in its place. These vacuum pumps generally require electricity, as they have an electric motor in them. Gardner Denver has 20 years of experience in the vacuum pump industry. Zabatt is a specialized provider in all types of Gardner Denver pumps which can be used for many business and residential applications.
