SYSTEM OVERVIEW: Two Gardner Denver “L” series rotary screw compressors, Nano purification cycling air dryer with filtration and oil water separator, trans-air aluminum piping.
STORY: Zabatt designed this system for Raymond James to accommodate existing air demand along with plans for future expansion. Their current demand requirements along with the new system specifications were calculated to provide 100% redundancy. Each new unit can handle the full air demand so there will never be a disruption to production, even when one unit is being serviced. The low sound emissions, turn-key installation by Zabatt, and tight scheduling requirements all led to another successful project.
