STORY: Zabatt was proud to partner with Gulf Electric on this project. As with any complex equipment, issues can arise. It’s how they are handled that matters. The control panel developed an issue during commissioning after 5pm. The Aksa factory was contacted after business hours and they located and shipped a new panel to us within 30 minutes. The issue was resolved before 8am the next morning! With over 40 technicians, Zabatt is ready to solve any problem 24/7. Aksa’s generators come standard with 150mph rated enclosure, but can be certified up to 200mph with no special engineering necessary.
